國際金融公司（International Finance Corporation，簡稱：IFC)，是總部位於美國華盛頓特區的多邊國際金融機構。
國際金融公司是世界銀行集團之五大組成機構之一，成立於1956年7月20日，現由177個成員國政府作為股東合資持有。[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
國際金融公司的主要出資股東包括美國、日本、德國、英國、法國。
國際金融公司致力於為開發中國家和新興市場的私營部門提供多樣化的金融支持，包括股權投資、長期債權投資、基金、結構性融資等形式。
