後港（Hougang）是位於新加坡東北地區的一個規劃區和住宅市鎮。該鎮是東北地區人口最多的地方，截至2018年，當地共有247,528名居民。後港北接盛港，南抵芽籠和實龍崗，東南面為勿洛，西南面是大巴窯，東面是巴耶利峇，西面是宏茂橋，西南面則是碧山。
後港這個名字源於福建方言和潮州話。後港曾經是一片林地和養豬場。1979年，建屋發展局宣布要在後港建立新市鎮。1980年，由於新加坡當局推動講華語運動，不少新市鎮的英文名改為漢語拼音名，後港的英文名也從Hou Kang改為Hougang 。1990年代，養豬場逐漸拆除[6]。
