哈佛法學院（英語：Harvard Law School，縮寫：HLS），是美國哈佛大學的專業研究所。位於麻薩諸塞州的劍橋。其是美國歷史最悠久的一所法學院，也擁有目前世界上最大的法學研究圖書館。現任院長是於2017年7月1日就任的John F. Manning。該院有246位教授，大多都是卓越的法學學者。法律博士學期三年。而在美國最高法院中，有四分之一的法官助理都是該校學生。在過去5屆，有超過120位畢業生已經獲得大學教師資格。

哈佛法學院校園坐落於哈佛庭院北部，擁有數棟頗具建築風格的大樓。
歷史
哈佛法學院成立於1817年，是美國最古老的不間斷經營的法學院。（雖然威廉與瑪麗法學院於1779年成立，但由於美國南北戰爭而停辦，此後重新開放於1920年。馬里蘭大學法學院雖被許可於1816年，但在1824年之前並沒有開始上課，而且還曾在內戰期間關閉）。
院徽
使用至2016年的院徽
哈佛法學院的院徽上有哈佛大學的校訓「真理」（Veritas），三綑麥穗則是羅耶爾（ Royall）家族的盾徽；因為第一個捐款設置哈佛法學教授職位的小艾薩克·羅耶爾是一名奴隸主的兒子，因此院方在2016年3月14日宣布廢除此院徽。[5][6]

該校已經培養了許多法學與政治界的知名人才，如美國的貝拉克·歐巴馬、米特·羅姆尼與拉瑟福德·伯查德·海斯；現任香港高等法院首席法官張舉能，前任中華民國總統馬英九，菲律賓前首席法官Renato Corona，前任世界銀行總裁羅伯特·佐利克，前任聯合國人權事務高級專員納維·皮萊，前愛爾蘭總統瑪麗·羅賓遜。許多美國聯邦法官也都是該院校友，目前9名美國最高法院大法官中有6人曾在該院就讀。
該校也培養了大批商業界的領袖，如現任高盛集團主席與CEOLloyd Blankfein，現任全美娛樂公司高管、富豪Sumner Redstone，現任TIAA-CREF主席與CEORoger W. Ferguson, Jr.，現任玩具反斗城主席與CEOGerald L. Storch，前任達美航空CEOGerald Grinstein等等。
